Minutes of Meetings  ~  List of Councillors

Parish Council: Next ordinary Meeting will be held in the Village Hall on 12th March 2012 at 7pm.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be on Wednesday 2nd May. All are welcome to attend.

Meetings: Parish Councils must have an Annual Parish Council meeting once per year which is held in May. They must meet on at least 3 other occasions. There must also be an Annual Parish Meeting which is held each year between March 1st and June 1st inclusive.

Monkton Combe each year combines the Annual Parish Meeting with the Annual Parish Council Meeting and it is held during May.  All residents are invited to the Annual Parish Council Meeting where they can voice any concerns they have regarding the village and also learn how the Parish Council has worked on their behalf during the previous year. Of course residents can contact the Parish Council at any time of the year. Contact information further down the page.
